How far in advance should I place my order?
To ensure the best quality and attention to detail, please place your order at least two weeks in advance. Last-minute orders are not guaranteed and may incur a rush fee, depending on availability.

What is the design process?
Once your order is placed, we’ll work together to create a personalized design that fits your theme or aesthetic. You’re welcome to share inspiration photos, color palettes, invitations, or any event details you'd like incorporated into the design.

Prefer to be surprised? You can also give me full creative freedom, and I’ll come up with something beautiful and unique just for your event.

For every order, I provide design mockups so you can get a clear idea of what the final treats will look like before they’re made. This ensures we’re aligned on the vision and that you're completely happy with the result.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Local delivery is available within Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties upon request and for an additional fee.

Where is pickup located?
Pickup is available in Chino Hills, CA. The full address will be provided once your order is confirmed.

Do you ship your baked goods?
At this time, shipping is not available.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?
To secure your pickup or delivery date, full payment is required at the time of order confirmation. 

You may cancel your order up to one week before your scheduled pickup or delivery for a full refund. Cancellations made less than one week in advance are non-refundable.

do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or allergen-friendly options?
All of my baked goods are made from scratch with high-quality ingredients! At this time, I do not offer gluten-free, vegan, or allergen-friendly options. Please note that all items are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, and nuts.
